For in-kind fascia and soffit replacement on existing structures, a full permit is typically not required in Miami-Dade. However, if we're replacing structural rafter tails or modifying the roof structure, a permit is required. We assess the permit requirement at inspection and handle all filings.

We replace all damaged soffit panels with solid-panel sections where access was gained, install stainless steel pest screen at all remaining vented sections, and inspect the attic for existing occupants (which requires a separate pest control engagement if found).
